It is our pleasure to announce that the 5th Annual Meeting of the International Society of Precision Cancer Medicine (ISPCM), virtual meeting will be held.
The first International Conference for Precision Cancer Medicine (ISPCM) held in Jun 29-30, 2017 in Japan was actually the ancestor meeting of the ISPCM. It was a great success. Following the first ISPCM, we decided to launch ISPCM for prevention and therapy on cancer. Since then, annual meetings of ISPCM in Korea were successfully held in 2018, 2019 and 2020. ISPCM tries to build comprehensive knowledge network for biomedical research by incorporating genetic, biochemical, immunologic, and environmental data. This network we will help to define molecular subtypes and a new taxonomy of cancer which can lead us to effective approaches for cancer cure.
This year, we organized wonderful lectures on advanced medical science and technology related to diagnosis and treatment of cancer. From liquid biopsy including cfDNA and exosome to cancer artificial intelligence, many up-to-date and various topics in diagnostic technology will be addressed in this meeting. Furthermore, treatment including immunotherapy and radiation will be discussed in-depth through the meeting.
In consideration of our objective to ensure the health and safety of all attendees against COVID-19, the organizing committee of ISPCM made the decision to transform the 5th Annual Meeting of ISPCM into an online conference.
